Free Tier Limits

Users on the free tier currently have a few limits in place while they try out the platform.

1. A maximum of 5 running backends at a time. (You can see running backends with the jamsocket backend list CLI command, and you can terminate running backends using jamsocket terminate BACKEND.)
2. A 512MB memory limit for each running backend.
3. A 2-hour time limit for each backend. (This isn't strictly enforced, but backends that run beyond the time limit may be terminated to free up resources.)
